Welcome to Feed Scarborough’s Online Grocery Store!

*Important*

Orders must be placed on MONDAY before 11:00PM for pick up on WEDNESDAY at 3330 Danforth Avenue, or placed on TUESDAY before 11:00PM for pick up on THURSDAY at 2229 Kingston Road.

Sign up:

• Click "Sign Up" and once completed, please email us your Food Bank ID#

Collect Your Weekly Points/Gift card:

• Once we receive your Food Bank ID#, you will receive an email with your gift card for that week. Once you open that email you, click on “view gift card” on the bottom right
• Once you click “view gift card” it will bring you to a web browser page that will have the amount the gift card is for and the code that you will need to use this card.

Sign In to Your Account:

• Visit www.feedscarborough.ca and click on “ONLINE FOOD BANK” in the top right corner.
• Then click on “Visit our online store”
• You will be redirected to our online store where you will log in

Placing An Order:

• Once logged in you will see a variety of different categories at the top of the webpage. You can browse through and add the items you wish to place in your online shopping cart.
• All items have an associated point value. $1 = 1 point
• Be mindful that the fresh perishable items such as produce, meat, dairy, and eggs will be under the Miscellaneous tab, that are NO POINTS and have a limit of 1 per household.
• When you have selected all your items, you will then need to first view your shopping cart. Click on the bag icon in the top right corner.
• Once you are redirected to your shopping cart will now be able to see all the items you have picked and can make any last-minute changes (adjust quantities, delete items, etc.).
• When you are ready to check out you will first need to pick a day and time that you wish to come and pick it up. You can find this at the bottom right corner of the screen below where it asks “when would you like to get this order?”
• Please make sure to add any comments related to accessibility or dietary needs in the “Additional Details” box
• Click on the “checkout” button and you will be redirected to the final checkout page.
• You will now need to enter the sixteen-digit code that is associated with your gift card. You can add multiple gift cards to an order if need be.
• Click “Pay Now” and you are finished!

Please bring your food bank ID number and your order number to our “Visitor and Volunteer Entrance” door at the time of pick up.
